Commission to review Spokane police use of force
SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — A five-member commission reviewing how Spokane police use force will include recently retired state Supreme Court Justice Gerry (Gary) Alexander. The panel will be headed by former Gonzaga Law School Dean Earl Martin and also includes former U.S. Attorney for Eastern Washington Bill Hyslop.
